| 摘 要： | 将集群划分为初级集群与高级集群,运用迈克尔.波特的＂钻石模型＂,从生产要素,需求条件,相关产业和支持产业,企业战略、结构和同业竞争,机会和政府5个方面,探讨了初级农业产业集群的现状及问题。最后提出相应的建议来促进初级农业产业集群的发展壮大：加强农民培训,引进先进科研成果;完善基础设施建设,创建品牌,拓宽筹资渠道;大力发展相关产业和支持产业;健全土地流转制度,提高组织化程度,培育龙头企业;加大政府对集群的扶持力度。
