打孔塞入锌氨络合物对果树小叶病的治疗效果

摘    要:目的]寻找一种适合树体注入的高效、安全、快速治疗果树缺锌生理病症的锌制剂。方法]选择3年生及以上苹果、梨、桃、葡萄树,研究其对打孔塞入的3类6种含锌物质的吸收情况及安全性;并进一步研究能够被树体平稳吸收且对树体无害的含锌化合物打孔塞入密封治疗果树小叶病的效果。结果]吸收情况及安全性试验结果表明,仅锌氨络合物具备一年四季均可被果树平稳吸收且安全的特性;锌氨络合物打孔塞入治疗桃树、苹果树、梨树、葡萄树的小叶病,一般10 d后叶片明显开始生长,25 d左右病枝节间伸长、叶片变大、枝条外观正常。结论]树杆打孔塞入锌氨络合物治疗果树缺锌引起的小叶病疗效显著,该研究结果也为其他微量元素的缺乏症的治疗开辟了新途径。
