康氏木霉固态发酵纤维素酶的初步研究

摘    要:该研究以麸皮和玉米芯为主要原料,采用康氏木霉固态发酵法生产纤维素酶,研究了碳源和表面活性剂对康氏木霉产纤维素酶活力的影响。该研究结果表明:(1)碳源以麸皮:玉米芯为3:2时最合适;(2)表面活性剂以“奇强”洗洁精对提高纤维素酶活力作用最显著,用量为0.5%时酶活力比对照提高12.4%。

Abstract:In the research ,using wheat bran and corncob as main substance ,cellulase produced by solid state fermentation with Trichoderma koningii .The effect on cellulase production is studied of nitrogen source and corncob of solid substance .The results are (1) With wheat bran and corncob ( their ratio 3 to 2 ) as carbon source ,the condition is the most suitable. (2)With washing-up liquid as surface active agent ,the effect is the best ,the activity is higher than control by 12.4% when it's concentration is 0.5%.
