木工机床振动薄弱环节的模糊识别方法

摘    要:在模糊综合评判理论基础上,首先建立起木工机床在相同评价集上的薄弱环节判别模型,给出不同判别原则下的模糊运算模型,在模糊综合判别模型的基础上,讨论了不同层次和不同侧面判别的综合问题,提出了模糊综合判别算法,依据该方法可实现对多子结构复杂木工机床薄弱环节的识别。

Abstract:Based on the theory of fuzzy overall merit, it set up the model of distinguishing woodworking machine tool's vulnerable area and gave the fuzzy operation model under different rules of discrimination. At the basis of the fuzzy discrimination model, the paper discussed the synthesis between different levels and different sides, then gave the algorithm of fuzzy synthesis distinguishing. In accordance with this a1gorithm, the discrimination of vulnerable area of woodworking machine tool which have many substructures will come ture.
