| 摘 要： | 以珍汕97A为母本与“珍稀黑米”杂交，再以优质矮秆黑糯品种“黑糯83”为父本进行复交，并以其为轮回亲本，选株连续成对回交，经过14个世代的选择、鉴定，育成籼型黑糯不育系186A和保持系186B。同时，从黑糯品种“云香糯”与“明恢63”的杂交后代中，按系谱法选育与测交鉴定育成籼型黑糯恢复系161R。黑糯杂交组合186A/161表

| Abstract: | The indica black glutinous sterile line 186A and its maintainer 186B were bred by continuous backcross using recurrentor of black glutinous rice Heinuo 83 to the F 1 of Zhenshan 97A and Xizhenheimi through the selection of 14 genera tions . The restorer 161R was bred through pedigree method by transfering restoring gene of Minghui 63 to the black glutinous rice Yunxiangnuo. The combination 186A/161 is of indica black glutinous hybrid rice, showing strong heterosis in yield (7 095-8 130 kg/ha) and nutrition qualities. Three lines 186A, 186B, 161R and the combination 186A/161 are rich in protein, fat, fiber, mineral elements, vitamins and amino acid lys. The combination 186A/161 is not only a high nutrition eatable rice, but also the ideal industry material for producing black healthy food. |
