摘    要:目的]探讨中药材无机元素的优化分析方法。方法]用微波消解ICP—AES法测定曹丹中锌、钴、锰、铜、镍、铬、铁、铝、钙、镁、锶、铅、镉、砷和硒等无机元素的含量。结果]结果袁明,曹丹中含有丰富的对人体有益的微量元素,其中常量元素锌、铁、铜和锰含量较高,这与其药效作用相吻合。该方法的加标回收率为94.6%~104.3%,RSD(n=5)〈5.6%,方法简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确性好,且多种元素可同时测定。结论]该研究结果可为曹丹的进一步开发利用提供理论依据。
