摘    要:蔗糖是植物中重要的代谢产物,它直接或间接参与多种生理生化反应,研究其含量的变化规律对提高植物生物学产量和增强植物抗逆性具有重要的指导意义。蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)是蔗糖代谢的关键酶之一,它催化蔗糖代谢中的限速反应,SPS基因在分子水平编码调控SPS。研究SPS基因克隆与表达规律是从分子水平揭示蔗糖代谢的基础。本文综述了近年来SPS基因克隆和表达研究进展,并展望了SPS基因的研究前景和应用前景。

Abstract:Sucrose is an important metabolic production as it is directly or indirectly involved in a range of physiological and biochemical reactions in plants. Studying the variation pattern of sucrose concentration in plants can provide knowledge to increase biomass and enhance stress tolerance. SPS is one of the key enzymes catalyzing the limited reaction in sucrose synthesis. SPS gene codes and regulates SPS protein expression at molecular level. For better understanding the mechanism of sucrose metabolism, SPS gene cloning and expression pattern analysis are the foundation. In this review, current research on SPS gene's cloning and expression pattern is discussed, and SPS gene's prospective research and potential application are also proposed.
