| 摘 要： | 目前,高校图书馆聘用学生助理参与管理与流通已经是普遍现象,管好、用好学生助理已成为图书馆日常管理中的重要组成部分。本文从高校图书馆开展勤工助学活动的背景、意义、工作中存在的问题及解决方法等方面进行了分析与探讨。
