鸡心包积水综合征疫苗研究进展

摘    要:心包积水综合征是由I亚群禽腺病毒血清4型(FAdV-4)引起的一种新型鸡传染病。本病发病急,传播速度快,造成雏鸡的高死亡率,给养鸡业造成严重的经济损失。该病于1987年在巴基斯坦靠近卡拉奇的安卡拉首先被报道,我国最早于2013年有发病报道,2014年后在河南、山东、江苏等地流行。针对本病目前无特效疗法,疫苗免疫是防控本病的较好方法。在巴基斯坦等心包积水综合征早先流行比较严重的国家和地区,研制的自家疫苗对预防本病有一定效果,但是也存在保护效果不稳定、继发感染等风险;全病毒灭活疫苗安全性高,稳定性好,但成本较高。此外,活疫苗也展现出较好的防控效果,但存在毒力返强等问题,重组亚单位疫苗则因其安全、高效在未来具有良好的开发和应用前景。论文就鸡心包积水综合征疫苗的研究进展加以总结,以期为更好的防控本病提供参考。

Progress on Hydropericardium Syndrome Vaccine
Abstract:Hydropericardium syndrome(HPS)is a newly occurred chicken disease caused by Fowl adenovi-rus serotype-4(FAdV-4).The disease has caused huge economic losses to the poultry industry since it′s fast spread and high mortality rate.HPS was reported first time in 1987 at Angara goth,a broiler produ-cing area near Karachi Metropolitan city of Pakistan.It was firstly reported in China in 2013,and then spread widely in Henan,Shandong,Jiangsu and other provinces.Besides vaccination,there were no effec-tive therapies for this disease.Formalinized aqua based liver organ vaccines for HPS were effective for the control of the disease in Pakistan and other epidemic countries and regions,which has obvious deficiencies such as unstable efficiency and greater risk of secondary infection.Inactivated FAdV-4 virus vaccines were safe and stable but the costs were much higher.In addition,live vaccines also have provided quite effective protection while the drawbacks were virulence return.Recombinant protein vaccines take a good develop-ment and application prospects in the future since their safety and efficiency.The progress on the study of HPS vaccines was summarized in this paper in order to find the proper vaccines and methods for controlling HPS in the future.
