饲粮不同粗蛋白质水平对S3系肉种鸡生产性能、繁殖性能及蛋品质的影响

摘    要:本试验通过限饲的方法,研究饲粮不同粗蛋白质水平对肉种鸡生产性能、繁殖性能及蛋品质的影响。选取25周龄体重、产蛋率一致的肉种鸡S3系母鸡240只,随机分成4组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂粗蛋白质水平为16.64%的玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组分别饲喂粗蛋白质水平依次为17.64%、15.64%和14.64%的试验饲粮。试验期为40周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,整个产蛋期内17.64%、15.64%、14.64%粗蛋白质组的产蛋率、平均蛋重和日产蛋量均显著降低(P0.05);15.64%和14.64%粗蛋白质组死淘率显著降低(P0.05),采食量显著提高(P0.05)。2)与对照组相比,产蛋前期15.64%和14.64%粗蛋白质组受精率显著提高了9.7%和7.9%(P0.05),死胎率显著降低了26.1%和24.3%(P0.05),孵化率显著提高了15.8%和20.6%(P0.05)。3)整个产蛋期内,15.64%和14.64%粗蛋白质组蛋壳强度显著高于对照组和17.64%粗蛋白质组(P0.05),17.64%、15.64%和14.64%粗蛋白质组蛋黄重显著低于对照组(P0.05)。由此可见,15.64%和14.64%粗蛋白质限饲能够对肉种鸡生产性能、繁殖性能及蛋品质产生显著影响,其中15.64%粗蛋白质限饲综合效果最佳。

Effects of Dietary Different Crude Protein Levels on Performance,Reproductive Performance and Egg Quality of S3 Broiler Breeders
Abstract:This experiment used restriction method to evaluate the effects of dietary different crude protein lev?els on performance, reproductive performance and egg quality of broiler breeders. Two hundred and forty hens of 25?week?old S3 broiler breeders with similar body weight and laying rate were randomly divided into 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 hens in each replicate. Broiler in the control group were fed a corn?soybean meal basal diet ( crude protein level was 16.64%) , and the others were fed the experimental diets with different crude protein levels were 17.64%, 15.64% and 14.64%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 40 weeks. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, in the whole laying period, the egg laying rate, average egg weight and daily egg mass in 17.64%, 15.64% and 14.64% crude protein groups were significantly decreased ( P<0.05);the death and culling rate in 15.64% and 14.64% crude protein groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the feed intake was significantly increased (P<0.05). 2) Com?pared with the control group, in the early period of laying, the fertilized rate in 15. 64% and 14. 64% crude protein groups significantly increased 9.7% and 7.9% (P<0.05), the embryonic death significantly reduced 26.1% and 24.3% ( P<0.05) , the hatchability significantly increased 15.8% and 20.6% ( P<0.05) . 3) In the whole laying period, the egg?shell strength in 15.64% and 14.64% crude protein groups was significantly high?er than that in control group and 17.64% crude protein group (P<0.05), the egg yolk weight in 17.64%, 15.64% and 14.64% crude protein groups was significantly lower than that in control group ( P<0.05) . There?fore, 15.64% and 14. 64% crude protein groups restriction can improve the performance, reproductive per?formance and egg quality of broiler breeders, and the 15.64% crude protein group has better effect.
