摘    要:本试验旨在研究阿魏酸对ob/ob小鼠脂肪沉积和腹脂脂肪酸组成的影响。选取5周龄的雄性ob/ob小鼠30只,随机分为3组(n=10),分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加0(对照组)、0.25%和0.50%阿魏酸的试验饲粮,试验期9周。结果表明:与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.25%和0.50%的阿魏酸显著降低了ob/ob小鼠的总增重、腹脂率(P0.05),显著降低了血清甘油三酯及肝脏甘油三酯和总胆固醇水平(P0.05),减少了肝脏脂滴积累,显著降低了腹脂中棕榈油酸和油酸的含量(P0.05),显著降低了腹脂中棕榈油酸/棕榈酸和油酸/硬脂酸(P0.05)。由此得出,阿魏酸可以抑制ob/ob小鼠的脂肪沉积,改善其腹脂脂肪酸组成,减重降脂效果明显。

Effects of Ferulic Acid on Lipid Deposition and Fatty Acid Composition in Abdominal Lipid of ob/ob Mice
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of ferulic acid ( FA) on lipid deposition and fatty acid composition in abdominal lipid of ob/ob mice. A total of 30 male ob/ob mice at 5 weeks old were ran?domly divided into 3 groups ( n=10) . ob/ob mice in the 3 groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0 ( control group ) , 0. 25% and 0. 50% FA, respectively. The experiment lasted for 9 weeks. The results showed that compared with control group, FA significantly reduced the total weight gain and abdomen fat per?centage ( P<0.05) , significantly lessened the serum TG and liver TG and TC levels ( P<0.05) , attenuated ac?cumulation of lipid droplet, significantly suppressed the contents of palmitoleic acid and oleic acid in abdominal lipid(P<0.05), and significantly decreased the desaturation indexes?palmitoleic acid/palmitic acid and oleic acid/ stearic acid in abdominal lipid ( P<0.05) . It is concluded that FA can inhibit the lipid deposition and a?meliorate the fatty acid composition in abdominal lipid, and the weight?reducing and lipid?lowering effect is ob?vious.
