摘    要:本文旨在研究不同比例青干草与青贮玉米对崂山奶山羊泌乳性能和血清生化指标的影响。选择产奶量为(1.65±0.05)kg/d的崂山奶山羊2胎母羊20只,随机分为4组,粗饲料青干草与青贮玉米比例分别为8∶2(试验Ⅰ组)、6∶4(试验Ⅱ组)、4∶6(试验Ⅲ组)、2∶8(试验Ⅳ组),每组5只。预试期7 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:各组产奶量、干物质采食量和料奶比无显著差异(P0.05)。乳脂含量在第0天、第20天、第40天无显著差异(P0.05),第60天试验Ⅱ组显著高于试验Ⅲ组(P0.05)。试验Ⅱ组的乳蛋白含量平均值显著高于其他各组(P0.05)。试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅳ组的血清葡萄糖含量均显著高于试验Ⅰ组(P0.05),试验Ⅱ组的血清胆固醇含量为最低值,且显著低于试验Ⅲ组(P0.05)。综合得出,崂山奶山羊粗饲料青干草与青贮玉米以6∶4组合效果最好,乳脂、乳蛋白、乳糖等营养物质含量相对较高,血清中胆固醇含量相对较低。

Effects of Different Proportions of Grass hay and Corn Silage on Lactation Performance and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Laoshan Dairy Goats
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to determine the effects of different proportions of grass hay and corn silage on lactation performance and serum biochemical parameters of Laoshan dairy goats. Twenty parous (2 times) Laoshan dairy goats in lactation with a milk yield of (1.65±0.05) kg/d were used and randomly di-vided into 4 groups with 5 goats per group. The proportions of grass hay and corn silage in roughages of differ-ent groups were 8∶2 ( group Ⅰ) , 6∶4 ( group Ⅱ) , 4∶6 ( group Ⅲ) and 2∶8 ( group Ⅳ) , respectively. The pretest period and test period lasted for 7 and 60 d, respectively. The results showed as follows:1) milk yield, dry matter intake and feed to milk ratio in different groups had no significant differences ( P>0.05) . There was no significant difference in milk fat content on days 0, 20 and 40 (P>0.05), but group Ⅱ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ on day 60 ( P<0.05) . Milk protein content in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in the other groups ( P<0.05) . Serum glucose content in groupsⅡandⅣwas significantly higher than that in group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) , and serum cholesterol content in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅲ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, the optimal proportion of grass hay and corn silage in roughage is 6∶4, and goats can have higher milk fat, milk protein and lactose, but lower serum cholesterol content.
