北京山区建设用地扩展及其与耕地变化关系研究

摘    要:基于土地利用详查和变更数据并利用两期土地利用现状图,分析比较了北京山区建设用地空间变化历史形态,力求准确测算建设用地扩展的时空特征及其差异;并对山区建设用地景观格局动态变化进行分析,探讨了其与耕地变化的相关关系。研究结果表明山区建设用地扩展程度逐年增强,圈层性与不规则性并存,并对耕地保护产生巨大压力;将来,必须制定科学的土地利用规划对建设用地扩展进行调控,防止大量优质耕地被占用。

Abstract:Based on the land use survey data and land use change data combined with two periods of land use maps, the status of construction land spatialchange was analyzed and conpared, and the characteristics and spatial-temporaldifferences of construction land exparsion could be accurately analyzed, the landscape patterns of construction land dynamic changes were analyzed. And then thecorrelation between the cultivated land and the construction land was discussed. The result indicated that the expansion of construction land became accelerating annually with the characteristics of both circularity and abnormity, which produced great pressure on the cultivated land protection, especially the cultivated land ofhigh quality in the suburb. In the future, the expansion of construction land should be regulated by compiling a scientific land use planning so as to prevent the cultivated land from being occupied too much.
