微波干燥试验台料盘自动升降装置及质量测试系统设计

摘    要:为满足微波间歇干燥的试验要求,设计了一套料盘自动升降装置与质量测试系统,实现了物料在于燥过程中的自动升降与质量变化的在线测量。自动升降装置可根据间歇干燥工艺要求设定不同的升降时间,且可实现手动和自动控制;质量测试系统与升降装置相配合,可精确设定数据采集时间间隔。实时监测、显示和记录整个干燥过程中物料质量和含水率的变化。

Abstract:To meet the demand of intermittent microwave drying, an automatic lifting device for material holders and a weighing system were designed, which achieved automatic lifting of material and online measurement of weight changing during a drying process. Different lifting time of the automatic lifting device can be set according to the intermittent drying technique, and both manual and automatic controls are available. By coupling the weighing system with the automatic lifting device, the time for data collection can be set accurately; monitoring, displaying and recording changes of weight and water content rate of the material during the process in real time can be achieved.
