蔬菜育苗用草炭细菌多样性分析

摘    要:为明确不同来源草炭的生物学特性,比较分析了KLASMANN(德国)、TERRACULT(德国)、PINDSTRUP(丹麦)、KEKKILA(芬兰)、清原草炭(辽宁清原)、辽源草炭(吉林辽源)、桦川草炭(黑龙江桦川)、延寿草炭(黑龙江延寿)8种草炭的细菌多样性。采用变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR-DGGE)方法获得DGGE图谱,辽源草炭、桦川草炭和延寿草炭的丰富度指数最高,为24|PINDSTRUP的丰富度指数最低,为19,差异达显著水平。均匀度指数最高的是延寿草炭,最低的是KEKKILA,差异达显著水平|多样性指数最高、最低的分别是清原草炭和KLASMANN。桦川草炭与延寿草炭的相似性系数最高,为72.9%|KEKKILA与桦川草炭的相似性系数最低,为55.6%。说明不同来源的8种草炭所含细菌种类及数量存在显著差异。

Abstract:In order to clarify the biological characteristics of peat moss from different areas,we compared and analyzed 8 bacterial diversities of KLASMANN(Germany),TERRACULT(Germany),PINDSTRUP(Denmark),KEKKILA(Finland),QINGYUAN(Liaoning),LIAOYUAN(Jilin),HUACHUAN(Heilongjiang)and YANSHOU(Heilongjiang)with PCR-DGGE method.The highest number of bands in LIAOYUAN,HUACHUAN and YANSHOU was 24,and the lowest number of bands in PINDSTRUP was 19.The differences between them were significant.The highest evenness index was YANSHOU,the lowest was KEKKILA.The differences between them were significant.The highest and lowest diversity indexes were QINGYUAN and KLASMANN,respectively.The highest similarity coefficient among the group was 72.9%,found between HUACHUAN and YANSHOU,while the lowest was 55.6%,found in KEKKILA and HUACHUAN.All these results indicated that there were differences in quantities and species of bacteria among peat-mosses from different areas.
