摘    要:自走式苗木移植机采用新型动力底盘,从根本上解决了我国没有苗木换床机械配套动力的问题;采用横格式苗木移植新方法,解决了植苗密度达不到我国育苗技术规程要求的关键问题.该机的作业装置结构简单,实现了开沟、覆土、镇压机构"三位一体";底盘采用通用可拆动力系统,使设备整体结构简单,便于操作控制,提高了通用性和配套性;行走装置采用橡胶履带,使机组附着力增大,设备作业平稳可靠.

Abstract:Adopting new style of dynamic chassis,the bottleneck problem that there is no suitable power equipment for seedling transplanters in China has been solved radically.Using crossgrid seedling transplanting method,the key problem that seedling planting density can't meet the demand of seedling cultivation technology regulations in China.The operation unit of the transplanter has a simple operation unit which combines ditching,soil covering and pressing opreations together.A detachabel power system is used for the chassis,which makes the whole machie simple and easy to operate and improves the commonality and overcoatability of the machine.Rubber track-mounted travelling device increases the adhesion and decreases the silppage of the machine,ensuring stable and reliable operation.
