摘    要:目的]为了建立青海川西獐牙菜的HPLC指纹图谱。方法]按乙醇(A)-0.04%磷酸水溶液(B)梯度洗脱、流速1.0ml/min、检测波长260nm的色谱条件测定了13批不同产地川西獐牙菜样品的色谱。结果]通过与对照药材比较,建立了由9个共有峰组成的青海川西獐牙菜的特征指纹图谱。采用相似度分析方法对所建指纹图谱进行解析,表明所建立的指纹图谱可用于青海川西獐牙菜药材的真伪鉴别和质量评价。结论]该方法稳定、可靠、重现性好,可用于川西獐牙菜药材指纹图谱的建立,并为其质量的全面控制提供了参考。

Abstract:Objective The study aimed to establish HPLC fingerprint of Swertia mussotii from Qinghai Province.Method The chromatograms of 13 batches of Swertia mussotii samples from different producing area were determined under such conditions as gradient elution with ethanol(A)-0.04 % phosphoric acid water solution(B),current speed at 1.0 ml/min and determined wavelength at 260 nm.Result The characteristic fingerprint consisted of 9 common peaks of Swertia mussotii from Qinghai province was established through comparing with contrast medicinal materials.Analysis on the fingerprint by similarity analysis indicated that the fingerprint could be used to identify of Swertia mussotii and evaluate its quality.Conclusion The method was stable and reliable with good reproducibility and could be used to establish fingerprint of Swertia mussotii and supply the reference for overall control of its quality.
