| 摘 要： | 目的：对河南省猪瘟（CSF）流行区的猪群进行非洲猪瘟（ASF）感染的排查；方法：利用猪瘟抗原捕获ELISA试剂盒对27个猪场的猪瘟疑似病料进行CSFV鉴定，并用区别猪瘟强弱毒的RT-PCR检测方法鉴定猪瘟疑似病料。与此同时针对ASFV VP73蛋白基因设计一对引物利用PCR方法对ASFV进行排查；结果：河南省CSFV流行区没有ASFV的感染；且RT-PCR对CSFV的检出率高于ELISA ,两者差异显著。结果表明,尽管目前中国作为俄罗斯的邻国存在ASFV的威胁，但中国河南仍没有ASFV感染。
