摘    要:试验分为低(2.32 kg.m-2)、中(4.83 kg.m-2)和高(8.20 kg.m-2)3个密度,每个梯度3个重复。结果表明,经过56 d的饲养,高密度组的末体重、平均增重率、特定生长率、摄食率显著低于低、中密度组(P<0.05),高密度组饲料系数显著高于低密度组(P<0.05),高密度组显著低于中、低密度组(P<0.05);在抗氧化指标方面,高密度组肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的比活力显著低于中、低密度组(P<0.05),SOD活力在其他组织中差异不显著(P>0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)、还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和丙二醛(MDA)在各组织中的差异均不显著(P>0.05);溶菌酶活力随着密度的升高而降低,低密度组显著高于中、高密度组(P<0.05),补体C3、C4含量随密度的升高而降低,各密度组之间差异显著(P<0.05)。白球比值(A/G)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHO)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、葡萄糖(Glu)在各密度之间差异不显著(P>0.05),丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)低密度组显著低于高密度组(P<0.05),天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)低、中密度组显著低于高密度组(P<0.05)。当养殖密度达到8.20 kg.m-2时,机体健康会产生负面影响。

Abstract:The paper is divided into low(2.32 kg·m-2),middle(4.83 kg·m-2),and high(8.20 kg·m-2)three density gradients,each gradient with three repetitions.Results showed that there were significantly lower final body weight,specific growth rate(SGR),average gain rate(AGR) and feeding rate(FR) in the high density group(8.20 kg·m-2) than those in the low density(2.32 kg·m-2) and middle density(4.83 kg·m-2) groups.The feed coefficient rate(FCR) in high density group was significantly higher than that in low and middle density groups.The superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity in liver in high density group was significantly lower than that in middle and low density groups.The catalase(CAT),glutathione(GSH) activity and maleic dialdehyde(MDA) content in tissues were not significantly different.The lysozyme activity was high in low density group and low in high density group.The complement C3 and C4 contents,showing significant difference among groups,decreased with the increased density.The albumin/globulin A/G,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CHO),total Protein(TP),albumin(Alb) and glucose(Glu) showed no significant difference among groups.The alanine aminotransferase(ALT) content in low density group was significantly lower than that in high density group.The aspartate aminotransferase(AST) contents in low and middle density groups were significantly lower than that in high density group.In a word,when the breeding density was 8.20 kg·m-2,the body could produce negative effects.
