摘    要:番茄病害严重影响番茄的产量与质量,培育抗病品种是控制病害发生危害的最有效途径。现代分子标记技术的迅速发展为番茄抗病育种工作者提供了有利的辅助工具,可以准确、快速地从DNA水平上鉴定抗病位点,显著提高育种效率。文章对番茄主要病害及其抗病基因分子标记进行综述,并对这些标记在番茄辅助选择育种中的应用加以展望。

Abstract:Disease causes heavy losses in tomato production and fruit quality.Breeding cultivar for disease resistance is one of the most important and effective ways to control diseases.Molecular marker technique provides a beneficial supplementary tool for tomato disease resistance,which can raise breeding efficiency significantly by identifying disease resistant locus on DNA level precisely and rapidly.The paper reviewed the status of important tomato diseases and the research progress on molecular marker for disease resistance genes in tomato.The utilization of these molecular markers in marker-assisted selection was also put forward.
