| 摘 要： | 根据"十一五"规划对循环经济的发展要求,建设资源节约型社会和发展循环经济不仅是重庆市的需要,也是当今社会的需要.通过分析重庆市的基本市情,说明了重庆市建设资源节约型社会的紧迫性和重要性,并阐述了建设资源节约型社会的重要环节和防范措施.在此基础上,为解决重庆市资源紧张、承载能力弱的问题提出了解决途径的理论依据,从而推进经济社会的持续稳定发展.

| Abstract: | According to the eleventh five-year-plan and the requirement of the development of the recycle economy,constructing the economy society and developing the recycle economy not only are the Chongqing's need,but also are society's need now.In this article the basic market condition in Chongqing was analyzed to explain the urgency and the importance of construction economy society and to elaborate the important links and the guard measure.In this foundation,it can advance the theory to solve the questions that the resources of Chongqing were anxious and their bearing capacity was weak so that the sustainable and stable development of the economy society could be realized. |
