| 摘 要： | 管道完整性管理作为一种管理模式,需要管道管理者对其有清晰的认知。对完整性管理理念的理解,研究出系统的建设体系是管理者开展完整性管理工作的基础和技术急需。在研究项目的基础上,系统论述了完整性管理的体系框架,介绍了完整性管理的六个环节和五个层面内容,给出了完整性管理体系建设的模板,明确了开展完整性管理工作的实施方法和路径。

| Abstract: | The authors consider that as a mamagement mode,the pipeline operator must have a distinct cognition on the pipeline integrity management,and what an understanding of conception of integrity management by thu pipeline operator is that the building system of pipeline integrity management system studied and developed is a foundation and technological necessity for the pipeline operator to undertake the pipeline integity management. Based on the study of pipeline integity management, this paper systematically describes the system frame of integity management, introduces the integity management on the 6 sectors and 5 administrative levels,provides the flow diagram of system establishment of the integity management and points out the implementation ways and direction to develop the work of integity management. |
