摘    要:对影响潜水旋流泵性能的6个主要过流件几何参数进行了试验研究,初步掌握了旋流泵叶轮及泵体主要几何尺寸对性能影响的规律。在分析16种优秀水力模型的基础上,计算出叶轮D2及b2函数回归方程式,并用设计实例进行检验,样机效率比国内外同类产品提高3%左右。

Abstract:The main hydraulic parameters, influencing the performance of a submarine vortex pump, were experimentally studied based on the calculation and measurement of the fluid field in the vortex pump. The investigated parameters include the impeller diameter D 2 , the vane width b 2 , the number z and shape of vane, the inlet diameter D 0 and the width B of the vane less cavity. The effects of main geometry dimensions of the impeller and the pump body on the pump performance were founded. The regressive equations relating D 2 and b 2 of the impeller and a new design method for calculating the above parameters were developed after the analyses of 16 matured hydraulic models of vortex pump. The results from the experimental design example show that the efficiency of the sample pump is 3% higher than those of the other pumps with the same class made in both China and abroad.
