复合酶对泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响

摘    要:目的]检验夏盛复合酶对泌乳奶牛生产性能的实际影响。方法]对泌乳奶牛进行为期40 d(预试期5 d,正试期30 d,试验后再观测5 d)的饲养试验,试验组在日粮的基础上日添加夏盛复合酶40 g,不添加复合酶为对照组,测定日产奶量和乳脂率。结果]试验期内天气逐渐变热,奶牛产奶量下降,试验组正试期比预试期的下降幅度(4.28%)明显低于对照组下降幅度(8.36%),且日均产奶量比对照组高1.49 kg,差异显著(P<0.05)。在整个试验期内,试验组奶牛的乳脂率逐渐升高,而对照组呈波浪形变化。正试期内,试验组奶牛的乳脂率比对照组提高了14%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论]夏盛复合酶有效提高了奶牛的生产性能,可以在生产中大规模推广使用。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to check out the actual influence of Xiasheng compound enzyme on the performance of lactating dairy cowsi.Method] The feeding experiment on the lactating dairy cows was carried out for 40 d(pretest period 5 d,test period 30 d,observation 5 d after test) On the base of diet,Xiasheng compound enzymes at 40 g was added in test group and without addition was as CK group,and their daily milk yield and milk fat percentage were detected.Result] The weather was gradually hot during experiments and the milk yield of cows decreased,the decreasing of test group during test period(4.28%) was obviously lower than that of CK(8.36%) compared with preliminary test and its average daily milk yield was 1.49 kg higher than that in CK group,the difference was obvious(P<0.05).In the total test period,the milk fat percentage of cows in test group was gradually increased and that in CK group changed as wave.During the test period,the milk fat percentage of cows in test group increased 14% than that of CK,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion] Xiasheng compound enzymes could effectively increase the performance of the cows and could be spread and utilized in production in large scale
