竹焦油对植物病原真菌的抑制作用

摘    要:测定竹焦油对14种植物病原真菌的抑制效果,研究竹焦油对水稻纹枯病菌的抑制作用,用GC/MS法分离鉴定竹焦油的主要成分。结果表明:竹焦油对供试菌的菌丝生长、孢子萌发均有不同程度的抑制效果,其中对十字花科蔬菜菌核病菌与水稻纹枯病菌的菌丝生长、稻瘟病菌的孢子萌发有较强的抑制作用。竹焦油具有使水稻纹枯病菌的菌丝形态异常、氧呼吸减弱的作用,对水稻纹枯病有一定的防治效果。成分分析结果显示:竹焦油中酚类物质相对含量高达72.491%。

Abstract:The inhibitory activities of bamboo (Phyllostachys pubescens) tar to 14 varieties of plant pathogen fungi were determined. The inhibitory effects of bamboo-based tar on Rhizoctonia solani were studied,and the main components of the bamboo bar were separated and identified by GC/MS analysis. The result showed that the bamboo-based tar had various inhibitory activities on mycelia growth and spore germination of the tested fungi,of which the inhibitory effects on mycelia growth of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and ...
