| 摘 要： | 河北滦河上游国家级自然保护区是河北省面积最大的森林生态系统类型自然保护区，由于保护区对森林采伐实行禁伐管理，保护区内各种经营管理处于停滞状态，严重影响了森林健康和生态功能的有效发挥。建议在实验区进行保护性经营和实验，既能保护自然生态系统的完整，又不至于使其陷入孤立的保护，有效促进保护区走上全面协调可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Luan River (Upper Reach) National Nature Reserve is the largest forest ecosystem nature reserve in Hebei Province, China. Many steps of operation and management in the nature reserve get bogged down because of the project of banning deforestation. The current situation has a strong impact on the exertion of forest functions. The paper suggests that conservative operation of experimental zone of the nature reserve should be explored, which can protect the wholeness in nature ecosystems, avoid the isolated protect and promote comprehensive, coordinate and sustainable development of the nature reserve. |
