小麦节型雄性不育材料研究初报

摘    要:从具节节麦胞质的日本异质小麦“タゥネユムキ”与四川小麦品种的杂交后代中,获得了雄性全不育株。研究表明,其雄不育特性受一个显性雄不育基因和一对(或一个)部分显性雄不育基因控制。少数小麦品种能恢复其育性,但不育性还不能完全保持。

Abstract:The D-type wheat male sterile plants were obtained from progeny of Japanese alloplasmic wheat variety (with Aegilops tauschii cytoplasm) X Sichuan wheat varieties. The obtained results indicated that the male sterility iscontrolled by interaction of one dominant male sterile gene and one pair (or asingle) partially dominant male sterile genes (gene). A few common wheat varie-ties can restore the male fertility and the male sterility has not been wholly maintained as yet.
