胡杨种子细胞蛋白体超微结构在贮存过程中的变化

摘    要:胡杨种子子叶细胞储存物主要是蛋白质,随着种子储存时间的延长,30d内胡杨种子子叶细胞中的蛋白体发生了快速降解,其降解方式有以下3种:内部降解类型、周边降解类型、内部和周边同时降解类型。降解总趋势是从子叶的中央细胞向表层细胞扩展,这与成熟种子在30d贮存期内萌发率快速降低相对应,由此推断,蛋白体的降解是种子萌发率骤然下降的原因之一。

Abstract:The most storage polymer in cotyledon cell of seeds of Populus euphratic Oliv was protein.along with storage time prolonging,protein bodies of seeds of Populus euphratic Oliv had been degraded quickly.There were three degradative patterns of protein bodies:internal degradation,peripheral degradation,both internal and peripheral degradation.The trend of degradation extended from center cell to surface layer in cotyledon.then the rate of germination dropped quickly.So we concluded that degradation of protein bodies was one of factors that lead the rate of germination to drop abruptly.
