| 摘 要： | 如何找准高校团支部工作的支点,充分发挥高校团支部的积极作用,已成为当前共青团工作面对并亟待解决的一个重要课题。本文在对党、团、班三者关系进行明确阐述的基础上,通过突出团支部功优势、实施团支部成长计划等措施对高校团支部工作提出可操作性和实践性的建议,将高校团支部筑成团员青年＂成人、成长、成才＂坚强的战斗堡垒。

| Abstract: | How to capture the fulcrum of the Youth League branch′s work at colleges and universities and how to fully exert the positive role of the university Youth League branch have become the important issue which the Youth League confronts and have to be solved urgently.Based on the elaboration of the relationship between the Party,the League and the classes,this paper offers some operable and practical proposals on the university Youth League′s work by taking such measures as highlighting the advantages of the Youth League′s function and carrying out its growing plan,in order to build the university Youth League branch into the firm fighting bastion for the Youth League members′ ＂growth,development and achievement＂. |
