| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员队伍建设是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。目前,高校辅导员队伍存在着队伍结构不合理、数量和质量有待提高、岗位职责界限不明等问题。因此,高校需要建立专兼结合、结构合理的辅导员队伍,进一步完善辅导员队伍专业化发展,明确辅导员岗位职责。

| Abstract: | Counselors team construction is an important work in colleges and universities.Currently,there are some problems in the counselors team,such as,mismatched structure,weakness in quality and quantity,ambiguous responsibilities boundaries etc.Therefore,colleges and universities need to establish a combination of full-time and part-time counselors team which is professional and explicit in work responsibilities. |
