| 摘 要： | 随着信息资源共享建设的拓展和深化,所涉及到的知识产权问题日益凸显出来。从多角度阐述了信息资源共享与知识产权保护两者之间相辅相成,互相制约,互相促进的关系,在此基础上提出了信息资源共享与知识产权保护的协调发展策略。知识创造和信息资源共享只有达到平衡,才能实现二者的和谐发展。

| Abstract: | With the share of information resource expansion and deepenning,the protection of the intellectual property rights has become more prominent day by day.The paper analyzed contradiction and relationship between the share of information resource and intellectual property right protection,concluded that sharing of information resource and protecting the intellectual property rights must be balanced.Based on this point information resource sharing and intellectual property protection strategy for the coordinated development was proposed.In this way,the work on both sides will be developed successfully,and our society will be more harmonious. |
