| 摘 要： | 家禽人工授精方法,可用于种禽笼养繁殖,可使蛋的总生产增加,受精率提高,这是人工授精技术重要优点之一。种蛋受精率的高低受各种因素影响,而稀释液选择是重要因素。本文对家禽稀释液进行分类、分析、试验,探索稀释液的选择和在不同情况下的使用方法,促进养禽业发展。

| Abstract: | The method of artificial insemination of domestic fowls can be applied to the reproduction of caged breeder fowls. It can also help to increase the egg prodiction and raise the fertilization rate, which is one of the major advantages of the attificial insemination technology. There are various factors affecting the fertility rate of egggs for breeding,the selection of diluters being an important one. Aiming at promoting the development of the poultry breeding industry, this paper explored the choices of semen diluters and the methods to be used in different cases by classifying, analysing and experimeting on semen diluters for poultry. |
