| 摘 要： | 我国目前已经开展组织培养研究的松杉纲裸子植物主要集中在红豆杉、三尖杉等个别药用价值高、资源匮乏的药源植物和具有较大经济价值的松科植物。并且对裸子植物组织培养的研究多数仅停留在实验室阶段,分子生物学与生物工程相结合的研究方法将可能在相关领域获得突破。

| Abstract: | Coniferbpsida Gymnosperms have already launched into researches on the tissue ctflture includes some deficient medicine source plants, such as taxus and eephalotaxcaeeae etc. and some pinaceae plants with higher economic worth. Some researches on the tissue culture in gynmosperms only remain at the stage in the laboratory, the method to combine molecular biology and bioengineering together may make a breakthrough in this research field. |
