摘    要:电子学穿刺记录技术(EPG)研究表明,茶蚜口针在茶树芽下第1叶、芽头、嫩茎和第4叶韧皮部中分泌(E1)和吸食(E2)的历时分别占总试验时间的30.6%、22.8%、9.6%和5.4%,差异显著(P<0.05).在第1叶上,多数供试茶蚜的口针第1次刺探就能够深入韧皮部、分泌消化液而产生E1波,第1次在韧皮部中的分泌(E1)就能引发从韧皮部的吸食(E2).但在芽头、嫩茎和第4叶上,只有少数供试茶蚜有这样的刺吸活动.证实茶蚜嗜好第1叶.该习性与第1叶的营养组分和物理特性相关.

Abstract:The results of EPG (electrical penetration graph) tests showed that the time duration of phloem secreting (wave E1) and sucking (wave E2) actions of tea aphid Toxoptera aurantii (Boy-er) on the 1st tender leaf, bud tip, tender stem and 4th leaf of tea tree were 30.6 (a) , 22.8 (b) , 9.6 (cd) and 5.4 (d) of the total piercing-sucking process, respectively, significantly different ( P < 0.05) each other except that between last two percentages. The 1st probing of most of the aphids on 1st leaf could directly reach to the phloem and secrete saliva, expressed by El wave, and induced sucking action just after the first secretion. While there were only a few aphids on bud tip, 4th leaf and tender stem possessed El and E2 actions. It was suggested that there should be relationship between the preference of tea aphid to 1st tea leaf and the nutrition conditions and certain physical characteristics of the leaf .
