钙对水分胁迫条件下玉米幼苗内源激素含量的影响

摘    要:利用─1.0MPa的PEG—6000溶液模拟水分胁迫,研究了10mmol/L的CaCl2。溶液(以纯Ca2+计)浸种对玉米幼苗内源激素含量的影响。结果表明,随着水分胁迫时间的延长,未用钙处理的玉米幼苗生长素(IAA)含量从225ng/g·DW降至142ng/g·DW,GA3含量从223降至132,ipA含量从189降至83,而ABA含量则从655升至1875.钙处理可以促进IAA、GA3和ipA含量的下降,但抑制ABA含量的升高。钙还可抑制膜相对透性的增大及叶片相对含水量的下降,表明钙可以提高植物的抗旱性,且植物抗旱性的提高与内源激素含量的变化有一定关系。

Abstract:The effect of Ca2+ and water stress induced by polyethylene giycoi (PEG6000)on endogenous hormone contents of Maize Seedlings was studied. The results showed that with the duration of water stress IAA content declinde from 225 ng/g.DW to 142, with the content of GA3 reducing from 223 to 132 and ipA from 189 to 83,while ABA content increased from 655 to 1875. The treatment with Ca2+ could promote the reduce of IAA, GA3 and ipA while it inhibited the increase of ABA.It implied that Ca2+ can enhance the drought resistance of Maize seedlings.And there was a certain relation between the increase of drought resistance and the change of endogenous hormone.
