庐山云雾茶茶多酚超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究庐山云雾荼茶多酚的最佳超声提取工艺.方法]以庐山云雾茶为研究对象,考察超声时间、料液比、乙醇浓度对庐山云雾中茶多酚提取率的影响,在单因素试验的基础上设计L9(33)正交试验优化提取工艺.结果]试验得出,庐山云雾茶茶多酚最佳提取工艺为:70%乙醇提取20 min,料液比为1∶6 g/ml,在此条件下,茶多酚的提取率为14.35%.结论]该研究得出的工艺合理可行,可为茶叶中茶多酚的提取提供参考依据.

Abstract:Objective] To study the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions of Lushan Yunwu Tea.Method] Effects of ultrasonic time,the ratio of material to liquid,the concentration of ethanol on extraction rate of tea polyphenols from Lushan Yunwu Tea were investigated.On the basis of single-factor test,orthogonal test L9 (33) was designed.Result] The optimal extraction conditions are as following:ethanol 70%,time 20 min,solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶ 6 g/ml.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of tea polyphenols is 14.35%.Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for tea polyphenols extraction.
