微波消解-AAS法测定土壤中铅铬镉元素的研究

摘    要:目的]为探索不同酸体系微波消解土壤对重金属的测定影响,以获得最佳微波消解土壤的方法.方法]采用不同混合酸进行微波消解,并运用原子吸收光谱(AAS)法测定了样品中Pb、Cr和Cd 3种重金属元素.结果]采用硝酸(HNO3)-氢氟酸(HF)-高氯酸(HClO4)三酸消化体系微波消解土壤样品,测定的结果均在标准值范围以内,精密度高.结论]微波消解-AAS法应用于土壤样品的重金属元素分析,具有消解完全、污染少、效率高和准确度高等优点,多次测定获得满意的结果.

Determination of Chromium Plumbum Cadmium in Soil by Microwave Digestion-AAS Method

Abstract:Objective] The paper aimed to explore different mixed acid by microwave digestion for the determination of heavy metal in soil,in order to obtain the best method by microwave processing soil.Method] The soil samples were used different mixed acid by microwave digestion,and determined three kinds of heavy metal elements the sample of Pb,Cr and Cd in soil by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrum (AAS) method.Result] The results showed that the soil samples were used three acid nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchlorate by microwave digestion system,there were high precision and within the standard range.Conclusion] This method had completely dissolution,less pollution,high efficient and accuracy,and there were obtained a satisfactory result by multiple determinations.
