| 摘 要： | 果品冷凉库库温波动，特别是大幅度波动，严重影响了中长期贮藏的果品保鲜质量。该文采用自行设计的简易方法对温控仪表的温度漂移和库温进行检测，结果表明温控仪表的温度漂移是库温发生大幅度波动的主要原因。根据检测结果，通过对温控仪表电路进行改进，使温控仪表的温度漂移得到有效控制，从而降低了库温误差。温控仪表温漂误差幅度由3.5℃下降到0.3℃，库温波动幅度由5.3℃下降到1.4℃。温控仪表漂移误差得到有效控制，对提高果品贮藏保鲜质量具有重要意义。
