氮磷钾施用对附子几种氮代谢酶活性的影响

摘    要:运用三因素二次回归正交组合设计,试验研究了氮、磷、钾三因素对中药附子(乌头)的过氧化物酶(POD)、硝酸还原酶(NR),谷草转氨酶(ALT/GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(AST/GPT)活性的影响效应。结果表明:N、P施用量对附子NR、GOT、GPT均有显著的影响,除较大施用量条件下对GOT活性的施P效应>施N效应外,其余情况下对三种酶均为N效应>施K效应;施K除对NR活性有明显效应外,对GOT和GPT没有明显影响;N、P、K施用对POD活性无明显效应。单施N对GOT、NR和单施P对NR均为正效应,随施用量增加酶活性升高;单施P对GOT、GPT和单施N对GPT在施用量低于零水平时,随施用量的增加酶活性升高,超过零水平后随施用量的增加酶活性下降;单施K时,对NR活性则是在零水平时最低,低钾和高钾时NR活性均较高。对几种酶的效应中,仅对GOT存在施N与施P之间的互作效应,随着N施用量增加施P对GOT活性的增加效应更明显。

Abstract:The influence of the application amount of N,P,K and its provision on Nitrogen metabolism enzyme such as NR,ALT/GOT,AST/GPT of Aconitum carmichaeli Dexb.was studied with quadratic regressive orthogonal design method.The result indicates the application amount of N,P have remarkable influence on the activity of NR,GOT and GPT.Excepted their effect on the GOT activity could be ranked as P>N under high level of the application amount of N,P and the rest effects on the NR,GOT and GPT activity could be ranked as N>P.The application amount of K have remarkable influence on the activity of NR and it have not influence on the activity of GOT and GPT.The application amount of K,P,K have not influence on the activity of POD.With the ascending of usage the GOT,NR activity is promoted when N is applied singly and the NR activity is promoted when P is applied singly.With the ascending of usage the GOT,GPT activity is promoted when P is applied singly and the GPT activity is promoted when N is applied singly under the 0 level of test,contrarily the enzymatic activity is declined.The NR activity is the lowest when the usage is in the 0 level of test and the K is applied singly.There is interactive effect on GOT between applied N and applied P.With the ascending of usage of N the enhanced effect of applied P on GOT is promoted.
