| 摘 要： | 在分别进行瘤胃切开术、右腹腔探查术、肠管切开术和剖腹产术的各供试山羊术部切口分３层装置尼龙布拉链，术后第１－２０天观察试验的切口身状态的变化，结果表明：在腹壁切口装置拉链对切口有轻度的局部刺激作用，对全身状况无明显影响；应用山羊拉链术开展慢性实验研究，最佳时间是在装置拉链后７－２０天。

| Abstract: | Zippers were installed on abdominal wounds in 10 goats operated with rumenotomy,right exploration,enterotomy and cesarean section,respectively.The results indicated thatthe wounds showed lightly inflammative reaction,but the general body condition had no sig-nificant change in 20 days after the operation.The optimum time to use the goats was 7 to20 days after the operation for different experimental studies. |
