晚香玉矮化盆栽研究初探

摘    要:采用 4因素 5水平的二次回归正交旋转组合设计 ,研究了不同浓度不同组合的PP333、乙烯利、缩节胺和矮壮素与晚香玉矮化的关系。结果表明 ,PP333对晚香玉植株叶长的影响最大 ;其余依次是乙烯利、矮壮素 ;而缩节胺无显著效果。植株叶宽和叶数与植株叶长存在着显著相关性 ,3个指标均可作为晚香玉矮化的鉴定指标。此外 ,PP333和乙烯利对晚香玉的矮化有协同作用 ,可显著增强植株的矮化。晚香玉矮化的最佳处理组合是PP33315 0~ 2 0 0mg/L ,乙烯利 30 0~ 4 0 0mg/L ,缩节胺 10 0~ 2 0 0mg/L ,矮壮素 10 0~ 30 0mg/L。

Abstract:This experiment discusses the response of tuberose to spary and soak of PP 333 , ethephon, mopiquatchloride(PIX) and thechlormequat(CCC)when the plants growing in pot of greenhouse with a well drained sandy loam soil from April to October in 2000. The quadratic second order regression rotation design is for 4 factors and 5 levels. A dwarf growth mathematical model of tuberose plant has been built up. The length , width and number of the leaves of plant are measured after treatment in October. The result shows that soaking the bulbs in solution of PP 333 resulted in the shortest , widest leaves and least number of leaves. The PP 333 is the most important, most effective and direct factor to leaf length of the plant; spraying leaves by ethylene and soaking the bulbs in solution of chlormequat are better than one of mopiquatchloride(PIX) but the effect of mopiquatchloride is not obvious among the four kinds of chemicals. There is a nagative relativity between the length and width of the leaves as well as number of leaves. The leaf length, the leaf width and the number of the leaves can all be regarded as the dwarf indices of the Polianthes tuberose L. in its growing period. The effects of PP 333 and ethylene to plant of tuberose affect each other. When the concentration of two factors are in high level, the leaf is shorter and wider than low one. The best treated combination of the Polianthes tuberosa L. For dwarf plant are PP 333 at 150 to 200 mg/L, ethephon at 300 to 400mg/L,mopiquatchloride at 100 to 200mg/L and chlormequat at 100 to 300mg/L.
