| 摘 要： | 选用120只50周龄海兰褐种公鸡,随机分为6个处理(每个处理4个重复,每个重复5只鸡),研究蜂花粉对种公鸡繁殖后期精液品质和血浆生殖激素浓度的影响。A组为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B,C,D,E,F组为试验组,饲喂在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%,1%,1.5%,2%,2.5%的蜂花粉日粮。结果表明,日粮中添加蜂花粉能显著提高种公鸡繁殖性能和血浆生殖激素质量浓度,其中1%~2%效果最佳。试验第60天,B组精液量极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),C组与F组精液量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C组与D组精液密度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);D组与E组精子活率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);C组(A)级运动的精子数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);与试验前相比,C组种公鸡血浆生殖激素质量浓度上升70.49%,差异极显著(P<0.01);C组,D组,E组促黄体素(LH)质量浓度分别上升10.4%,8.04%,14.44%,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组睾酮(T)质量浓度下降34.4%,差异显著(P<0.05);B组,D组,F组睾酮(T)质量浓度分别上升28.08%,25%,18.91%,差异显著(P<0.05)。
