| 摘 要： | 网络技术飞速发展,不断的扩展和延伸了电子阅览室的服务功能,图书馆电子阅览室的管理与服务既不同于单纯的计算机管理,也不同于传统阅览室服务。电子阅览室创新管理与服务的最终目的就是更好地为用户服务,它必须按照社会发展的需求和读者阅读多样化的要求不断调整和开创多元化服务的新模式,适应新形式发展的新要求。通过对电子阅览室创新化管理的探讨和建议,更多地为读者提供了方便、快捷的一体化的管理服务,开创了图书馆电子化、数字化、网络化的新局面,能有效地实现高效优质的服务,实现图书馆的数字化。
