微波辐射合成查尔酮衍生物

摘    要:本文应用微波辐射技术,以苯甲醛衍生物和苯乙酮衍生物为原料,合成了8种查尔酮衍生物,它们是重要的有机中间体,其结构经1H NMR,MS分析表征。该反应条件温和,反应时间短,易与产品分离﹑对环境污染小。

Abstract:Eight chalcone derivatives were synthesized by benzaldehyde and substituted acetonphenone under microwave irradiation conditions, which is to further study the preparation of new pyrazoline. The structures were confirmed byl H NMR, MS. The reaction condition had the advantages of mild condition, short time, simple work - up and less pollution.
