| 摘 要： | 从保存的4个单孢分离菌后代再分离若干单胞菌株,接种子国内7个鉴别品种上,又可以分成不同的小种。从6个单孢分离菌再分离的后代单孢菌株,分别对13个抗病品种作致病力测定,各后代单孢菌株仅对少数品种的致病力是一致的。从27个品种的小病斑或个别大病斑上分离的病菌,回接原品种后,有11个分离菌对原品种不致病。这些结果说明大多数分离菌对许多品种的致病力是易变的,只对少数品种的致病力保持相对稳定性。作者认为进行抗性遗传和抗性机制研究需要的致病力稳定分离菌,只能根据其对供试品种致病力的稳定性来选择,而不能按一组鉴别品种来选择。

| Abstract: | Single spore cultures isolated from 4 isolates were inoculated into 7 national differential varieties.They were differentiated into distinct races.The virulence of single spore cultures of 6 isolates were detemined on 13 resistant varieties,it showed that different single spore cultures from the same parent isolates maintain their original virulence only on a few varieties.27 isolates got from small lesions or single large lesion of 27 varieties were reinoculated into the same varieties.11 of them are aviluret to the original varieties.The results showed that the virulence of then most isolates were variable,but a few isolates were stable in virulence to certain varieties.It is suggested that to select stable vilurent isolates for studying the resistant inheritance and resistant mechanism can be based only on the relationship between cartain resistant or susceptible varieties,not on a set of differentials,and isolates tested. |
