摘    要:目的]研究包被赖氨酸对绵羊氮消化代谢的影响。方法]通过消化代谢试验,研究包被赖氨酸(RPlys)对绵羊体内氮存留的贡献。结果]RPlys的添加降低了绵羊尿氮排出(P〈0.05),对粪氮排出无显著影响(P〉0.05),提高了氮沉积率(P〈0.05)。结论]RPlys的添加有利于氮在绵羊体内的沉积。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the effect of RPlys on digestive metabolism of nitrogen in sheep.Method] The contribution of RPlys for nitrogen residual in sheep were researched by digestive metabolism test.Result]The results showed that adding PRlys decreased excretion of urine nitrogen(P<0.05)and had no significant effect on excretion of fecal nitrogen(P>0.05),and precipitation coefficient of nitrogen was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion]RPlys is propitious to the aggradation of nitrogen in sheep.
