| 摘 要： | 以离体保存5 a的春石斛和铁皮石斛原球茎为材料,采用正交试验对其试管苗壮苗生根的条件进行优化,从鲜重、假鳞茎、颜色、株高和根系生长等方面对植株进行综合评定.结果表明:适宜春石斛壮苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+20 g.L-1白糖+50 g·L-1香蕉匀浆物;适宜铁皮石斛壮苗生根的培养基为1/2MS+10 g·L-1白糖.

| Abstract: | The protocorms of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium candidum conserved for 5 years were used as the materials for the the orthogonal tests of optimization of the condition of rooting and shoot growth in the tissue culture of Dendrobium nobile and Dendrobium candidum.Evaluating the plants from fresh weight,peseudobulb,colour,height,and roots,the results showed that the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D.nobile was 1/2MS medium with 20 g·L-1 sugar and 50 g·L-1 banana homogenates,and the best medium for rooting and shoot growth of D.candidum tissue culture seedling was 1/2MS with 10 g·L-1 sugar. |
