摘    要:利用人工气候室研究了高温对不同杂交稻开花期影响的生理差异。结果表明,水稻的耐热性与高温下叶片电导率、游离脯氨酸(pro)、脱落酸(ABA)的增加及叶绿素含量、花粉活力、花药开裂系数的降低有密切的关系。耐热性差的组合叶绿素含量、电导率、花粉活力和花药开裂对高温的响应比耐热性强的迅速,而耐热性强的组合在高温条件下游离脯氨酸和脱落酸含量增加的幅度比耐热性差的大。水稻耐热性与高温条件下叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、脱落酸含量及花粉活力、花药开裂系数呈正相关,与电导率呈负相关。上述6种生理指标可鉴定水稻的耐热性。

Abstract:The effect of high temperature on physiology difference of flowing among different hybrid rice was studied. The results showed that the increase of osmotic rate of electrolyte, contents of proline, ABA and the reduce of pollen vigor, anther dehiscent coefficient and the content of chlorophylls were greatly related to heat resistance of rice during the high temperature. The osmotic rate of electrolyte, contents of praline and pollen vigor, anther dehiscent of heat sensitive rice had a much prompter response than the heat-resistance rice during the high temperature, but the proline and ABA levels of high heat-resistance rice increased much more than the heat-sensitive rice. The contents of chlorophylls, praline, ABA in leaves and pollen vigor, anther dehiscent coefficient during the high temperature were positively with heat resistance of rice, while the osmotic rate of electrolyte of leaves was negatively related with heat resistance of rice. It was suggested that the osmotic rate of electrolyte, pollen vigor, anther dehiscent coefficient and contents of chlorophylls, praline, ABA in leaves could be used as index for the heat tolerance determination of rice.
