摘    要:活体取梅花鹿的十二指肠、空肠、回肠肠段,采用外翻肠囊法对各肠段进行离体培养,研究梅花鹿小肠对嘌呤的吸收和代谢。结果表明:嘌呤在小肠内可被氧化成次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、尿酸以及尿囊素,其中次黄嘌呤比例最高;空肠后段和回肠是小肠吸收嘌呤的主要部位;嘌呤衍生物排出途径以肠道排出为主。

Abstract:The evened gut sac method was used to estimate the uptake and metabolism ability of purine in different site of small intestinal(duodenum,forepart and behind part of jejunum,ileum)of deer.The results showed that the purine could be converted to alantoin,uric acid,hypoxanthine and xanthine.The main uptake site in small intestinal of deer was behind part of jejunum and ileum.The deer could egest PD though intestinal tract.
