车辆多维隔振装置设计与仿

摘    要:车辆冲击振动常发生于3个方向,兼有移动和转动,故车辆需要多维隔振.如将现有一维隔振技术直接应用于多维隔振,则隔振装置需要多层结构组合,非常复杂,且容易干涉.为此,提出用2个6自由度特殊布置的Stewart机构和上下平台组成车辆用多维隔振装置,利用一层结构实现多维隔振.ADAMS仿真表明,在下平台施加脉冲激励时,上平台移动与转动6个加速度明显小于下平台相应数值,且均随时间迅速衰减.仿真计算了脉宽、阻尼以及弹簧刚度等参数对隔振效果的影响.
